In 2020, we have worked with clients to utilize our experience of more than twenty years of coaching, (online) training, and consulting on virtual leadership, distributed teams, and teleworking for leading and working from home. On this basis, we offer you status assessments, frames for reflection as well as tools and recommendations for leading and working in the Hybrid Office, integrating working from home and in the office.
The program, which lasts several weeks, comprises three content blocks:
