Irene Seifert-Ipsen has been a senior consultant, coach, and co-trainer for Soraya-Kandan since 2007. Before that, she was a client and internal co-trainer in executive development, working closely for many years with Semira Soraya-Kandan on communication, employee dialogs, meeting facilitation, and virtual leadership. Today, Irene accompanies our clients through relevant stages of development and their successful implementation. She supports organizations and employees in drawing on their own creative resources effectively to devise sustainable solutions.
Her core competencies lie in the field of strategic talent management. In her work, she focuses mainly on executive training, on-the-job coaching, strategic human resource consulting, and coaching for senior executives and top managers.
After a law degree and a legal traineeship in Heidelberg and Darmstadt, Irene Seifert-Ipsen spent over 25 years working for a major German bank in various sectors of personnel management. She can look back on long years of leadership experience, including six years as Head of Management Training & Change Management at the bank‘s head quarter. She was also head of Human Resources of the bank’s international institutional restructuring unit.
Her career has been punctuated by numerous professional training courses, notably on gestalt consulting (Fritz Perls Institute, Düsseldorf), communication psychology (Schulz von Thun), and Theme-Centered Interaction (according to Ruth Cohn). She took part in a supervision extending over a number of years with Dr. Gunther Schmidt (Milton Erickson Institute, Heidelberg).
Irene lives in Heidelberg and has regularly spent a quarter of the year in Canada and the USA for the last ten years.
