We want to make our know-how available even under the extreme new employment conditions in times of the pandemic COVID-19, in which many managers and their employees suddenly work from home, and thus contribute to overcoming this crisis together.
Experience with the pandemic and social movements (e.g., Fridays for Future or Black Lives Matter) make it clear that not only the level of company management has to assume social responsibility, but all managers. Today more than ever, leadership means dealing with issues of social responsibility (sic!) And being able to respond.
In addition to our Leadership Dialogues workshop series, which has been dedicated to this topic for several years, with this new format of Leaders' Chats we offer a regular bilingual platform for executives' exchange.
Through our exclusive client event Leadership Dialogues, we strengthen our topic leadership on:

With selected experts, we address the current requirements around the transformation that organizations must undergo today to remain or become innovative and attractive.
For this purpose, we invite clients from various organizations to two to three exclusive events per year: with expert impulses and in-depth exchanges, and valuable networking over a Cuban dinner.
Since their launch, the "Leadership Dialogues" have been a resounding success. We are therefore continuing to develop this event format.

We offer an exclusive, intensive, international curriculum with blended learning elements for managers and organizational developers. The events can be web-based if travel is not possible in the long term.
