We want to make our know-how available even under the extreme new employment conditions in times of the pandemic COVID-19, in which many managers and their employees suddenly work from home, and thus contribute to overcoming this crisis together.
For this purpose, as of April 2020, we are offering a web-based dialogue with changing topics, alternating in German and English. In this dialogue, customers and experts from our networks share information on current challenges and experiences to better master leading from home.
We invite our clients from different organizations to three leadership conversations with expert input. The "Leadership Dialogues" are a great success, therefore we are continuing this event format. We are currently planning the next two dates as a face-to-face event. If necessary, we will adapt the format to be web-based.
The needs of our customers, processing complexity in corporate and organizational development with a digital and 'worldly' (Mintzberg) mindset, encourages us to develop open programs further. We offer an exclusive, intensive, international curriculum with blended learning elements for managers and organizational developers. The events can be web-based if travel is not possible in the long term.
