Events & Trainings - We love to connect our clients.
We witness extraordinary changes in how we communicate, how we do business, and how we organize work. Facing new realities makes sharing experiences, challenges, and solutions for meaningful work and leadership even more valuable.
New knowledge, new impressions, and divergent points of view let us continually search for new places and methods, and also for new formats. In doing so, we would like to offer our clients the opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and to learn from each other.
We want to make our know-how available even under the extreme new employment conditions in times of the pandemic COVID-19, in which many managers and their employees suddenly work from home, and thus contribute to overcoming this crisis together.
Experience with the pandemic and social movements (e.g., Fridays for Future or Black Lives Matter) make it clear that not only the level of company management has to assume social responsibility, but all managers. Today more than ever, leadership means dealing with issues of social responsibility (sic!) And being able to respond.
In addition to our Leadership Dialogues workshop series, which has been dedicated to this topic for several years, with this new format of Leaders' Chats we offer a regular bilingual platform for executives' exchange.
We invite our clients from different organizations to three leadership conversations with expert input. The "Leadership Dialogues" are a great success, therefore we are continuing this event format. We are currently planning the next two dates as a face-to-face event. If necessary, we will adapt the format to be web-based.
Whether you switched to working from home sooner or later, a key question we recommend leaders to ask themselves and their teams is: How can the beginning new work culture succeed in yielding sustainable change? Our experience from over two decades of coaching, training, and consulting international leaders of distributed teams as well as the introduction of telework shows: Excellence is possible. With practice, error management, feedback competencies, digital leadership creates digital working and learning cultures turning necessities into virtues.
We offer you frames for reflection and analysis of your pandemic-enforced home office situations, as well as tools and recommendations based on our distillation from our clients’ experiences in 2020.
The needs of our customers, processing complexity in corporate and organizational development with a digital and 'worldly' (Mintzberg) mindset, encourages us to develop open programs further. We offer an exclusive, intensive, international curriculum with blended learning elements for managers and organizational developers. The events can be web-based if travel is not possible in the long term.
